Planning begins only after the service agreement is signed and the invoice is paid. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due within 48 hours of invoice receipt. Planning fees are separate from all travel costs.

Your selected package may include a consultation, destination research, a custom day-by-day itinerary, recommendations, direct booking links, and one complimentary revision. The exact deliverables will be listed in your agreement and invoice.
Booking assistance is optional and carries a separate fee. The $50 introductory service covers up to 3 reservation types, meaning three booking categories rather than only three individual reservations. Available reservation types include flights, hotels and resorts, ground transportation, tours and excursions, cruises, and dining reservations. Additional reservation types are $15 each. Clients remain responsible for reviewing names, dates, supplier policies, and payment details before any purchase is finalized.
Clients must provide accurate traveler information, valid passports and identification, timely approvals, and all required payments. Clients are also responsible for passports, visas, vaccinations, entry requirements, travel insurance, and compliance with laws and supplier rules.
One complimentary revision is included for reasonable, minor adjustments. Major destination changes, date changes, complete itinerary restructuring, or additional rounds of revisions may require an added fee and an adjusted delivery timeline.
Requests requiring delivery in less than the standard planning window are subject to availability and a $75 rush fee. Rush service does not guarantee supplier availability or pricing.
Because planning time and research are reserved specifically for each client, planning fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If Trippin' With Nik cannot deliver the agreed service for reasons solely within its control, any applicable refund will follow the written service agreement.
Travel prices, availability, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier fees can change at any time before booking. Quotes and itinerary estimates are not guaranteed until the client completes the reservation and payment directly with the applicable supplier.
Airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation providers, restaurants, and other suppliers are independent third parties. Trippin' With Nik is not responsible for their acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, service changes, injuries, losses, or policy decisions.
Coverage may help protect against certain cancellations, interruptions, medical expenses, delays, and lost baggage, subject to the policy selected.
